The first thing people do when starting a job is what????     Yep, write a Resume. 
STOP RIGHT THERE!!!
The first thing you must do is:

Define What you are Passionate about
Define What work skills you are really good at
Define What Personal Skills Make You Unique

Take these 3 things then Decide what you want to do before you create that resume!
