I don't know about you but I believe Will Smith is one of the greatest actors alive today. He's funny, romantic, serious and very motivational when he wants to be. As a job seeker, you are solving a problem. The company needs a great person to fill a certain slot that may or may not exist currently. You need to know what that problem being filled is then display how you alone can solve it.
