I don't know about you but I believe Will Smith  is one of the greatest actors alive today.  He's funny, romantic, serious and very motivational when he wants to be.  What I did not know about him until recently is how much he really understands people  and how hard he works to become this great success.

You will hear him talk about how everyone has talent' in something.  It's 'skill' that people don't have and the only way to get 'skill' is to work like a crazy person to attain that skill.  You have to want it badly.  He credits this work ethic, not his talent alone, to  his success.

To the job candidate, who wants to just quit… watch this video.  It will give you the inspiration you need to keep going.  If you believe your talent alone will get you the job, you will be surprised to hear that's not going to get you the job by itself. It's knowing the process, how to sell what you have and practice, practice, practice until you have the job process down to a science.
